We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and talented Sales Development
Representative (SDR) to be the spark that fuels our sales growth. As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of
our mission to connect with new customers, generate opportunities, and work your magic to keep leads flowing
through our sales pipeline. Your role is all about creating great connections, driving results, and making a
real impact alongside our collaborative sales team.

Responsibilities
- Find and qualify potential customers to
create new business opportunities—your hunting skills will shine!
- Make that first move—initiate
contact and build strong, meaningful relationships with prospects.
- Book meetings, follow up on
leads, and turn those conversations into real opportunities.
- Keep everything on track using customer
relationship management (CRM) software.
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry news, and competitor
activities to maximize your impact.
- Provide updates and reports on your sales activities and
results—it’s all about driving success!
Requirements and Skills

2-4 years of experience in sales (if you love winning, we’re already excited!).
- Experience
using CRM software like a pro.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and close
deals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- A solid
understanding of sales techniques—your playbook matters.
- Strong team player but also ready to work
independently to hit goals.
- Adaptability, hustle, and a hunger to grow in the sales world.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or you can just be so awesome that a degree is
secondary!).
Compensation Structure
This position offers a
100% commission-based compensation structure, providing significant earning potential with
no base salary. You will sell a low-ticket product priced at $297/month USD, with the following structure:
- You will earn a full one-month payment of any sale.
- However, if you reach a
designated milestone, you will unlock double pay and earn two recurring payments for that same
deal.
- Upon reaching a certain number of sales, your compensation doubles, earning $594
for each of those deals and subsequent sales.
Double pay milestones include:
- First 3 Months: 10 deals unlock double pay.

3-6 Months: 15 deals maintain double pay.
- After 6 Months: 20
deals sustain double pay.
Commission is uncapped, meaning you can earn double pay for any sales
exceeding milestone thresholds at any time. For example, if you hit 20 deals consistenty, you will earn
$11,880/month, $5940 from that month, and $5940 from the month before. If you maintain an average of 20
deals per month, your annual compensation will be $142,560, with unlimited potential based on your
performance.
