Marketful Media to enable us to deliver our services effectively.
- You must not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when
using our services.
Payment Terms
- Payment for all services must be made as per the agreed terms in
your subscription or invoice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account
is settled.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and tools provided by Marketful Media remain
the property of Marketful Media.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable
license to use the tools provided for the duration of your subscription.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in
termination of services and legal action.
Confidentiality
- Marketful Media will maintain the confidentiality of all client
information shared during the course of our engagement.
- You agree not to disclose or share proprietary tools or strategies
provided by Marketful Media with third parties.
Limitations of Liability
- Marketful Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees
paid by you for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Service Modifications
- Marketful Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or
discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified in
advance where possible.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written
notice.
- Upon termination, you must cease using all Marketful Media tools
and services immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in
which Marketful Media operates.
Changes to Terms
Marketful Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any
time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
