As a Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our awesome solutions and our customers’ success stories. You’ll lead the way in onboarding new clients, integrating our marketing magic seamlessly into their environments, and ensuring every client interaction leaves them smiling. ‍Responsibilities

- Kick things off by connecting with customers to gather important details—like website login credentials—and other key information for setting up their custom solutions.
- Work your magic with GoHighLevel to build and implement tailored marketing solutions that make our customers’ businesses shine.
- Seamlessly integrate our solutions into customer operations, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum impact.
- Team up with sales, support, and tech colleagues to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
- Keep customers in the loop with friendly, clear, and responsive communication throughout the onboarding journey.
- Address any onboarding or integration challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Document your process, keep records organized, and leave a trail of success stories in your wake.

‍Requirements and Skills

- 1-3 years of experience working with GoHighLevel.
- Top-notch communication and people skills to make every customer feel like a VIP.
- Talent for gathering and handling customer data, from website logins to other sensitive details, with care and precision.
- Creativity and know-how in designing marketing solutions that fit each client’s unique needs.
- Super organized, with an eagle eye for detail to juggle multiple onboarding projects without missing a beat.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (bonus points for you!).
- Technical know-how and a good grasp of digital marketing trends and strategies.
